Gemstone Investments Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding securities confirmed for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
